Ross Rizzo: Director
Ross Rizzo launched his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in December 1998 and has also spent time gaining experience in London and travelling throughout other areas of Europe. Since his return to Ballarat he has worked with several firms until starting Peak Accounting Group in November 2006.
Ross’s experience spans micro-business to listed multi-nationals, providing him with a unique insight into business operations at every level. His experience also includes the management of his own business concerns, enabling him to provide a practical and holistic perspective to solving clients accounting issues.
Ross has excellent communication skills enabling him to explain complex accounting and financial matters. His ability to provide helpful and individualised solutions to his clients adds further value to his service offerings at Peak Accounting Group.

Rakesh Patel: Senior Accountant
As a Senior Accountant Rakesh delivers personalised accounting and taxation services to small and medium-sized businesses, individuals and SMSF. He Commenced working at Peak Accounting Group in 2010.
Rakesh received his post graduate degree from the University of Ballarat with a Master of Commerce and was admitted as a member of Certified Practicing Accountants in 2013. He loves complex and technical tax issues. He’s passionate about cloud accounting with a profound understanding of XERO.
Areas of expertise include capital gains tax, income tax, GST and administration of self managed superannuation funds and complex tax issues.
Natalie Johnson: Senior Accountant
Natalie joined Peak Accounting Group in 2014, prior to this she worked in the accounting industry where she gained considerable experience in taxation and general accounting whilst completing her Bachelor Degree at the University of Ballarat. Natalie is currently studying her Chartered Accountant qualification as well as being a Xero certified practitioner.
Natalie likes to work closely and proactively with clients to provide innovative solutions and assist them to achieve their personal and business goals. She has also assisted clients migrate into cloud accounting systems and work together with these clients to prepare monthly/quarterly reporting requirements for informed decision making.
Taking the time to understand each client’s story in numbers is what gives Natalie her edge. She is a true professional with plenty of experience preparing Income Tax Returns, Financial Statements and Business Activity Statements.

Dale Fitzgerald: Manager Kew Office
Dale is managing our newly opened Kew office. Dale is a dedicated Client Manager and is available by appointment at our newly opened Kew office.
Dale has completed a Bachelor of Business (Accounting). Prior to working with Peak he was employed in the Victorian Public Service. He has over 10 years experience operating within the Allied health industry with his own business concerns. Dale understands the importance of having the correct business and accounting structures in place when starting or growing a business.
As a member of the Peak team, Dale enjoys advising and assisting a wide variety of clients to take their business from the initial start-up phase through to creating a sustainable structure. His key focus is to provide a comprehensive range of taxation and business services ensuring clients have a strong foundation upon which to grow.
In addition, Dale in collaboration with Ross, is responsible for ensuring client retention, growth, and satisfaction while strengthening existing relationships and building new ones.

Sepideh Ramezani: Accountant
Sepi came to Australia as an international student in 2012, with a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering-Software, and completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree at Federation University in 2014. She has a strong administration background developed during various positions at FedUni while studying. Sepi joined Peak Accounting Group in February 2015 as a graduate accountant. Now, she is engaged in preparation of the Business Activity Statements, Book Keeping and Income Tax Returns.
Fatema Zohra: Accountant
Fatema completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) at the then University of Ballarat in 2012. Whilst studying she worked in hospitality and understands the importance of customer service. Upon completion of her Bachelor Degree, Fatema completed a one year professional internship program in Melbourne. Fatema joined Peak Accounting Group in November 2013 as a Graduate Accountant and is now working towards her CPA.

Alison Rizzo: Administration Manager
Alison gained her administration experience in the health sector in Melbourne, Ballarat and London. Since returning to Australia she has further developed the administration of Peak Accounting Group in regards to the company’s systems and controls. Alison has completed her Diploma in Accounting in order to provide further value to clients.
